Credibility & Investment

I know I would like a bit of confidence if was about to make a meaningful investment. A bit of credibility helps that confidence. So, here is my best shot at being a credible, practical and effective coach. You would not be hiring some youth fresh out of university armed with a one-size fits all MBA.

As a bare minimum:

  • So far, over 1500 hours of 1-1 coaching with sector leaders, managers and business owners.
  • Hundreds of hours facilitating and coaching top teams, project teams and boards.
  • A multi-discipline client base and robust testimony from many customers (as indicated in the client page).
  • Extensive experience in the world of work and business from engineering apprentice to leadership within a major contractor.
  • Coach training to the highest standard – some 300 hours and a graduate ofwww.coachinc.com. (Many who call themselves coaches have not been formally trained in specific coaching skills and are transferring skill sets from other professions into their coaching. Often this results in an inadequate or ineffective coaching experience for clients.)
  • A  member of the ICF (international Coach Federation) the professions governing body. Clients can be assured I adhere to the governing body’s code of ethics and standards  www.coachfederation.org.
  • An Msc in Strategic HR Management.
  • A commitment to my own CPD and to flattening the learning curve of my clients by sharing wisdom.
  • A down to earth, authentic and simple approach to getting things done.
